ABOUT THE EAST TORONTO BASEBALL ASSOCIATION (ETBA

Baseball has a long and proud history in East Toronto, dating back over 100 years, with the area around Ted Reeve Arena serving as the home of some of the city's original teams.

ETBA is a family-oriented, volunteer-driven community association and part of the "East Region" within the larger Toronto Baseball Association (TBA), which was founded in 1913 to promote amateur baseball.

We provide children and their families with the opportunity to enjoy the fun, friendships, and life lessons that come with baseball and community involvement. Our programs promote fair play, sportsmanship, inclusion, and personal growth, all while teaching baseball fundamentals and helping every player develop their skills and reach their potential — both on and off the field.

ETBA offers a variety of House League divisions for players of all ages, from T-Ball to U18, as well as competitive Select divisions that feed into the Scarborough Stingers Rep program.

Our capacity to contribute to the community relies on something more powerful than a great game plan — it relies on people. We embrace our mission as a rewarding challenge
